At Chordwood by Cornaggia, we stand by the quality of our Signature Series Passive Pair speakers and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your speakers, you may return them within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • The product must be in its original condition, including all accessories, packaging, and documentation.
  • Items showing signs of misuse, damage, or excessive wear may not be eligible for a full refund.
  • Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us – To start a return, reach out to our support team with your order details.
  2. Receive Return Authorization – We will provide instructions and a return shipping label if applicable. (Note: Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.)
  3. Ship the Product – Securely package the product and send it back using the provided instructions.
  4. Inspection & Refund – Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refund Details

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective product.
  • If the item is returned damaged or missing accessories, a partial refund may apply.

Warranty Information

The Chordwood Signature Series Passive Pair speakers are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover:

  • Blown drivers.
  • Minor damage such as scratches, wear and tear, or misuse.
  • Cracked cabinets due to extreme humidity changes.
  • Finish degradation due to excessive sunlight exposure.
  • Theft or fire.

If parts are no longer available, we will replace the component or product with a similar item.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your Signature Series Passive Pair speakers for another unit, please follow the return process above and place a new order once your return is processed.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned after the 30-day window.
  • Products that have been damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Speakers that have been modified or altered.
